This hunk of burning puppy love got into SEBR by forging his documents. He does, however, self-identify as a small-to-medium sized beagle! When you hear him howl for the first time, I hope you are sitting down. It doesn’t come out very often, but when it does, it will bring you back to the seaside in 1940’s Britain; Two parts foghorn, one part air raid siren. No need to duck and cover though, just scratch his sweet little head and tell him he’s a good boy.

He enjoys being close, gives wonderful hugs and kisses, and loves to be loved. As a bonus, he gets along with other dogs and people, sits for treats and comes when he’s called. The little fellow was neutered on 3/7/2023, so we are hoping that takes care of the occasional “marking” in the house that his foster mom has been reporting.

He doesn’t seem to be a huge fan of the crate, but once his foster mom put a spanky new white plush pad in there for him to sit on, he warmed up to it a little. He doesn’t get into any mischief when left to run amok in the house on his own, besides the current “marking,” which we hope will go away.

He did test positive for heartworms and will begin his treatment around 3/14/2023.
